Furthermore, some scientists have shown that a variety of enzymes, vitamins and minerals which are important to sustaining a healthy lifestyle are only present in uncooked foods, meaning that you get better nutrients if you only eat foods found in a raw food weight loss diet. There is also much discussion that the bacteria found on uncooked food can live in harmony with the human digestive tract and immune system to make people live longer and feel better. The raw food weight loss diet is great for a wide variety of individuals. For example, those who have strict time schedules will find that the raw food diet requires minimal preparation time for meals and allows a person to eat the food immediately. Those with a more gourmet pallet will find that a raw food weight loss diet will even work for them, as many classic dishes can be easily prepared substituting cooked ingredients for raw ones.
